Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer the following options:

  • Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99 (calculated before taxes).

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if available).

Porch Pirates and Package Theft

We strive to get your order to you safely, but unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery (e.g., by "porch pirates"). Once the carrier confirms delivery, ownership transfers to you. We recommend providing a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery. If package theft is a concern in your area, consider contacting your local carrier or using a delivery locker service.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@pitmasteressentials.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
