Our Founder

Our founder, Thomas, has been obsessed with BBQ ever since he received his first smoker. He is constantly learning and studying how to become the best cook he can be. He tries new and innovative BBQ rubs, BBQ injections, and accessories.

His wife once told him “You ruined my eating out experience.” By that she means restaurant food is not nearly as good as what Thomas cooks at home! That is a winner in his book!
Thomas is all about bringing people together and helping them grow with their BBQ journey. Also helping people learn to turn out amazing food.

Pitmaster Essentials offers everything from BBQ seasonings to brisket rubs and marinades. We will also plan to have informative videos on how to season, prepare, and cook some delicious BBQ.
