Mixing Instructions:
Mix one 3/4 cup of Boston Butt Injection with two (2) cups of water. Other options are to split 1/2 the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth. Then use a BBQ injector (not included) to shoot the mixture into the meat. For best results, Inject between rib bones for ribs. On thicker cuts of meat (Boston butt and pork loins) reach the center of the meat and inject in a checkerboard pattern.
